Running Apache locally fails to start Print

Running Apache locally fails after starting with the fillowing message in the Apache log:

[Sat Mar 18 23:35:02 2006] [crit] (OS 10022)An invalid argument was supplied. : Child 1972: setup_inherited_listeners(), WSASocket failed to open the inherited socket.
[Sat Mar 18 23:35:02 2006] [crit] Parent: child process exited with status 3 -- Aborting. 

Try:

unchecking the "Enable LMHOSTS Lookup" box in my TCP/IP protocol setup (under WINS setting). 

If it already is unchecked try checking it...
