Refund and Returns Policy

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if for any you are unsatisfied with our Products or Services.

What is not covered:

  1. Setup charges
  2. Domain Name Registrations fees.
  3. Domain Renewals are non-refundable as they cannot be reversed.
  4. Programming work already completed or partially completed.
  5. Third Party Software or Service purchased for your project.

Cancellation after 30 days:

  1. In case you are a customer for more than 30 days, please ensure that you apply for the cancellation 2 Business Days before the start of the next billing cycle date.
  2. Domain Renewals are non-refundable as they cannot be reversed.

How to apply for a Cancellation:

  1. To apply for the cancellation and/or refund, you must send us an email at Refunds@WOWOnlineSolutions.com.au.
  2. No refunds are applicable once 30 day money back guarantee is over.

What happens once you request a Cancellation:

  1. Requests to cancel accounts or the termination of your payment plan with us will result in the IMMEDIATE deactivation of your account at the end of their current Billing period.
  2. In a case where a client has ceased a billing cycle, the account will be deactivated upon investigation by our billing department.

Violation of our terms of service.

  1. Anyone who violates our Terms and Conditions will have their Accounts, (at our discretion),  will have their Product or Services immediately either cancelled, deactivated, and/or have services suspended and do not qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee and will not receive any refunds.
  2. NO refund under any condition shall be processed if a customer fails to comply with our “Terms and Conditions”.
